How This Work Is Organized

A Recurring Cycle

  1. 1

    Repair Request

A property manager identifies a repair or maintenance need.

  2. 2

    Scope & Diagnosis

The issue is assessed to determine the correct trade and materials.

  3. 3

    Coordinated Repair

General repairs, minor plumbing or electrical work, or basic HVAC maintenance is performed.

  4. 4
