Questions

Apartment Turns & Make-Ready Questions

What does a typical apartment turn include?

Interior painting, drywall repair, baseboards and trim, door repair, caulking, and final turnover cleaning — coordinated as one unit-level scope with a punch list and defect correction before the unit is marked ready.

Can painting, drywall, or cleaning be requested without a full unit turn?

Yes. Painting, drywall, and turnover cleaning are also available as standalone trade capabilities for work that doesn't require a full unit turn.

Does an apartment turn include appliance or major system replacement?

No — apartment turns focus on surface repair, painting, cleaning, and unit preparation. Major system work is not part of this program's scope.
